Per Diem allowances is Euro 75/night/per person and maximum allowable Diem is for 5 nights during workshop program. Please reimburse your travel expenses by filling up designated expense claim form after the workshop. To cover all other eligible expenses (e.g. travel in overseas country, accommodation, meals) associated with travels, flat Diem rate is provided as mentioned above. All claims must be signed and sent with the boarding passes and proof of flight costs (original), and full details of NREN's official bank account to which the reimbursement should be sent.
